Not at all! Our classes are suitable for complete beginners through to experienced clients. Our instructors will guide you through the exercises and offer modifications where needed.

Comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely. We recommend fitted activewear rather than loose clothing so instructors can better access your movement and alignment.

We recommend bringing a water bottle but all equipment is provided. For mat pilates, you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

Pilates can be highly beneficial for many injuries and conditions but we recommend discussing any injuries, medical conditions with your doctor prior to booking. Please make us aware of these.

Yes, parking is available nearby. There are car parks located on Church Road and Cyprus Road

Most of our members came to their first class alone! Our studio is friendly, welcoming and designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door :)

For the best results, we recommend attending 2-3 classes per week. Consistency is key to building strength, improving mobility and seeing long term benefits.

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your class time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in the class being lost and cannot be refunded or credited. In the rare event that we need tio cancel a class, your class credit will be returned to your account.
